UEFA WOMEN’S EURO 2017
YBBP was responsible for the website development, online communication and ticketing of the UEFA Women’s EURO 2017. An intelligent, easy accessible and customer oriented website that not only functioned as the information hub for the tournament, but also enhanced excitement, engagement and generated sales.
A well planned online communication and sales strategy led to a sellout of all the Dutch National Team games well in advance of the tournament. The ‘OranjeLeeuwinnen’ were watched in the final by a best ever 27.093 crowd and seen in six games by a best ever total of 110.897 fans, of which 81,2% first time visitors. In total, the Women’s EURO was seen by a best ever 240.045 visitors and the tournament Facebook and Insta channels saw 550K+ interactions and 4.4M video views.
