To establish a shift in focus in the commercial development towards ticket sales, YBBP was asked to support the clubs in the process of pushing prospects through the customer cycle. YBBP’s introduced a data driven marketing strategy that made more fans visit the games and share their personal data, which led to growth of the CRM database and mining of behavioral data. It allowed for up-sell and cross-sell opportunities based on accurate data analyses and a higher turnover in ticketing, catering and merchandise.
